I was sent a text in the morning and given a 3 hour delivery slot and a link to track progress. The Driver rang prior to arrival. Collection of old appliance and delivery of new one was quick and efficient. As I had opted to install the fridge/freezer myself the driver put the fridge exactly where I wanted.
