Brilliant firm. Human telephone sale. Next day delivery possible but free to 5* members the day after. Delivery slot announced night before chosen booked day plus 6.30am email and 20 min call before arrival. Washing machine unpacked outside then carefully carried in by polite lads who checked route in advance and positioned it where I said. They checked product and photographed item from all angles to prove their correct delivery. 4th time I’ve used this firm snd can highly recommend them. Swift and efficient from start to finish.

My delivery and install was fine, no issues but the delivery crew dropped and broke a microwave from the back of the delivery truck as they were unloading my washing machine. Not sure if it was a new microwave or an old one they had collected for recycling.
